"Engaged or Disengaged: Managing Employees To Get Their Maximum Performance."
In this workshop we will review the generational differences in the workplace, how to identify those employees who are engaged, and those who are disengaged. We will discover ways to build a better team, what to look for when hiring employees and how to identify those candidates who will be more engaged with your customers. The important factor is to have a workforce team that is engaged, who will provide a consistent quality customer experience at all times and to all customers.
