Join us as we partner with the Boys & Girls Club of Sandy. This Health Workshop is a fundraiser. Cost to attend the workshop is a suggested $15 donation (with all ticket sales going to the Boys & Girls Club of Sandy. (Members of Anytime Fitness Sandy may attend free of charge). Every participant receives a "Done-For-You 4-Week Nutrition Plan", an "Anytime Anywhere Bodyweight Workout Plan" and a copy of the new book, "The Ultimate Guide to Weight Loss." This workshop is specifically designed for women 35 - 55, however anyone wishing to shed a few pounds may benefit from attending.
