Your Role

As a Clinic Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and Mentor: Manage and support our growing team of therapists (currently five), through supervision, team meetings, and performance guidance. You’ll be the first line of support for our entire team!

• Maintain a Client Caseload: Conduct assessments, set treatment priorities, and work collaboratively with clients and support systems to achieve meaningful outcomes.

• Ensure a Welcoming Environment: Manage office readiness and cleanliness to ensure a fantastic client experience.

• Collaboration: You will work closely with the owner of the clinic to ensure that processes, culture, client experience, and growth of the company are at a world-class standard!

Who You Are

• Licensed in Utah (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, Ed.D, Psy.D, Ph.D) with a Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health field

• Experience leading others, with excellent organizational and communication skills

• Familiar with diverse cultures and sensitive to varied client backgrounds

• Proficient with G-suite tools & technology

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some weekends optional based on client needs.
Pay: $60/hour - For both client and administrative work
Position Type: 1099 contractor; Hybrid/Remote flexibility.
