About Us

Evolve is a collective of wellness services and products to support you on your journey to feeling like your best self. Our mission was to create a safe space for you to come reset your nervous system, teach your body and soul that you are safe, held and supported in your path of evolution. To Experience, Elevate and Empower our Community. We aim to ensure you feel valued and loved from the moment you step into Evolve.

-yoga (all ages and abilities, family sessions, hot yoga, teacher training & more!)
-float therapy (wet & dry)
-salt cave/ halo-therapy
-contrast therapy (infra-red sauna and cold plunge)
-soqi bed / lympathic
-suite rental options, an event space for your wellness event needs
-suites rented to other businesses for services such as mental health counseling, acupuncture, massage, healthy cafe, energy work, coaching, sound baths, and more!

Our society has spread the message of this OR that for too long. The gap is narrowing but needs more education on the AND of being well. We’ve created a culture too focused on busyness and success at the expense of having a joy-filled life where we evolve towards improved quality of life for all. The recent pandemic wreaked much havoc but also brought to light the importance of connection, mental health, and finding meaning and happiness in our life experiences. We are grateful to be able to support the growing population locally in accessible health and wellness services that provide both science based modalities, mental health support, movement therapy, and community
connection.
