We at Fly believe life is a party, which is why our classes focus on celebrating movement, fostering an inclusive community, and witnessing potential turn into achievement. I'm not sure if you're familiar with Fly Dance but we're a viral hip-hop based fitness studio that originated in Sarasota, FL. Our signature and most popular format is called Throw Down®. In addition to the other formats we offer, Throw Down features choreographed routines with an emphasis on hip-hop throwbacks and top hits.
