About Us

Renova Wellness & Consulting is a trauma-focused mental health and wellness clinic located in northern Utah. Our team of licensed clinicians and coaches specializes in helping individuals, veterans, and first responders heal from trauma, chronic pain, and stress-related conditions through integrative, evidence-based care. We combine traditional psychotherapy with innovative approaches such as trauma-focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic and body-based methods that promote lasting mind-body healing.

In addition to individual and intensive therapy, Renova offers clinician continuing education courses, men’s mental health programs, and healing retreats in Bear Lake, Utah. Our mission is to restore resilience, purpose, and connection through compassionate, personalized care.
